Langham Logistics discovered Storeganizer at ProMat 2023, where our high-density storage system caught their eye for its ability to boost capacity and picking efficiency, especially for small parcels.

Together, we carefully planned the integration of Storeganizer into their Indianapolis facility, with Langham Engineering designing a layout tailored to their storage needs. The installation took place in phases, organized by temperature zones to ensure maximum efficiency.

Using customer forecasts, we determined the ideal number of storage locations to meet future demands. Langham partnered with Storage Solutions to seamlessly integrate Storeganizer into their operations.

The results were transformative. Langham saw a 2,000% increase in location cube density, allowing them to store more products without needing extra space. They also experienced a 39% improvement in pick productivity, streamlining operations and reducing the time and effort it takes to fulfill orders—leading to happier customers.

Beyond the immediate gains, Storeganizer gave Langham the flexibility to fine-tune their processes, providing more precise item slotting and optimized pick paths. This flexibility will continue to support their growth and operational refinement.
