Enhancing Space Optimization in cosmetics

ET Systems, Spanish leader in storage and order preparation solutions and equipment, recently realized a Storeganizer project at Staci, international leading logistic operator, with the purpose of maximizing the use of available warehouse space.

ET Systems installed the Storeganizer high-density warehouse solution to optimize the storage and picking of cosmetic products in Staci’s Spanish warehouse. Staci’s previous experience with another Storeganizer-project for storing spare parts of appliances in France facilitated a seamless integration.

The installation comprised 22 Storeganizer bays, accommodating pockets tailored to Staci’s specific needs. With meticulous planning, ET Systems ensured optimal storage while maintaining accessibility. Storeganizer’s standout feature is its ability to optimize space significantly while equally improving picking efficiency and overall warehouse organisation. By leveraging storage density together with easy and fast picking, Storeganizer boosts operational efficiency, saving space, time and costs.

Impressively, the installation utilizes only 65.34 square meters for storing 1980 individual SKUs, achieving a density of more than 30 SKUs per square meter. This underscores Storeganizer’s efficiency in maximizing storage on the smallest possible footprint.
