conTeyor Group and KTP Kunststoff Palettentechnik GmbH announce the completion of their merger

conTeyor Group (“conTeyor”) and KTP Kunststoff Palettentechnik GmbH (“KTP”) are pleased to announce the successful completion of their merger agreement. This strategic consolidation establishes the new group as a leader in the design and manufacturing of returnable packaging and storage solutions, with a strong emphasis on serving industries focused on CO2 reduction.

This agreement marks a significant milestone for both companies. The group’s combined and complementary product portfolios represent the best of both worlds combining conTeyor’s engineering and manufacturing know-how in custom dunnage inserts and steel racks with KTP’s extensive expertise in the design and manufacturing of large foldable plastic containers. As one unified group, they will provide first-class products and service to an international client base.

The merger is a significant step forward in the mission to deliver sustainable and innovative packaging solutions, reinforcing the group's dedication to reducing carbon footprint and supporting a greener future.

The new group will have its headquarters in Bous, Germany, with production facilities in over 10 locations, and will continue to serve its customers around the globe.
